Q: How much is a hunting trip?
A: We offer a variety of different hunting packages, based on your preferences.  Please call or email for customized package rates.

Q: What ND State Laws should I be aware of to purchase a license?
A:  You must have a valid hunters safety card to hunt in ND if you were born after 1961.  Proclomations and licensing information are available on the Game and Fish Department website.  www.gf.nd.gov

Q: What are the bag limits for my hunt?
A:  You are allowed 9 pheasants in possession on a 3 day hunt and 12 ducks.  The daily bag limit on ducks is 6 with species and sex restrictions as follows:  5 mallards of which only 2 may be hens, 3 wood ducks, 2 scaup, 2 redheads, 1 pintail, 1 canvasback, The daily limit of 5 mergansers may include no more than 2 hooded mergansers.  The possession limit on these restricted ducks and the hooded merganser is twice the daily limit.

Q: How do I get my game home?
A:  The law requires that you take your birds with you when you leave.  You will need to consider this as you prepare for your return flight home if you are flying. We have insulated soft sided totes avialable to purchase for $15, or pack one of your own in with your gear.

Q:  Can I ship my gear prior to my hunt?
A:  We are an official UPS drop-off and pick-up location.  When purchasing your UPS shipping label you can also purchase a return label if you will be using the same box and returning the same weight.  You may also purchase a return shipping label through us.  However, we are not able to overnight any items through UPS, so any perishable items should be taken with you when you leave.

Q:  Can my dogs come with me?
A:  We would be happy to hunt with your dogs.  Inside dog kennels are available to house your dogs as state health codes do nt allow animals in sleeping quarters.  The kennels are heated and air-conditioned for comfort.  For the health of all our animals, please make sure your dog is up to date on all shots.

Q:  What kind of meals can I expect?
A:  Our meals main courses consist of beef, pork, fish, seafood, and wild game.  If you have any special dietary needs, let us know before you arrive and we will accomodate you.

Q:  What kind of weather shoud I expect?
A:  The temperatures can vary from lows in the 20's and average day temps in the 50's and 60's with an occasional 80 degree day through the middle of October.  November weather can also have extreme temperature changes and conditions.  The temps can be anywhere from the teens to the 30's.  We have had snow as early as Halloween, but this is not a common occurence.

Q:  What kind of clothing should I bring?
A:  Clothing you can layer as temperatures change throughout the day.  Good walking boots that have already been broken in are needed for pheasant hunting and hip or waist waders for duck hunting.
